Mr. C H Tung, Vice Chairman of the CPPCC, First Chief Executive of Hong Kong SAR, and Chairman of China-US Exchange Foundation, attended the leadership luncheon on the 25th Jan 2016 in New York City, organized by the America China Public Affairs Institute (ACPAI) and supported by The New York Center for China Overseas Investment (NYCCOI), on the topic of China’s past, present and future, and its relationship with the United States. Mr. Fred Teng, President of America China Public Affairs Institute and Managing Director of New York Center for China Overseas Investment, hosted the luncheon and was introduced by Madam Zhang Qi Yue, Consul General of Chinese Consulate. Mr. Chen Lei, Vice Consul General of Chinese Consulate also attended the event.
