In May 2016, Nordvann Honorary Chair, Mr. Jorge Quiroga, former President of Bolivia, met with Mr. Fernando Cardoso, former president of Brazil as well as his long- time friend, to discuss the economic situation in Brazil and possible investment opportunities in industries and public services sector. President Quiroga has been acting as one of the key economic advisors to President Cardoso for over a decade.
